Specimen #4. Verbatim remarks: "C. schlegelii. Dark green with white mid-arm band in situ. Centrodorsal white; cirri with proximal half white, distal half red brown with yellow tips; ray bases & arms black with yellow articulations (except for broad creamy white band in middle of arm, which extends distally & sometimes to arm tip on shorter posterior arms), brachitaxes ossicles with yellow midaboral blotch & fine yellow speckles on aboral surface; yellow speckles often confined to row across brachials; syzygial articulations with row of yellow dots; pinnules dark blue or white, or a combination, with distal black band fading to red brown just before yellow tip. Disk yellow with black spots & a few irregular lines. Brachitaxes ossicles without strong midaboral knob & proximal & middle brachials with distal margins much less everted. Complete ring of XXIII cirri (several regenerating or lost). R=max 170 mm. Arm in 95% EtOH."
