Grey micrite lense in finely-bedded granular limestone. Small hand sample. Not cut. Original label: Basal part of graded bed. Look for platform debris, Posidonia. Is this younger than Toarcian? Has reddish, nodular limestone near base of secton. No posideonia seen. Looks more or less Domaro. Stop 4/2. Sept. 4, 1981.
