Multiple pieces, the largest measures ~6x3x2 cm on cut face. Red fine-grained with white cross-cutting veins, weathered rind around the largest piece. Billet and billet pieces. Some pieces labelled ERDC08-24D-7, they are from the same sample as those labelled ERDC-24D-7. Original label: 21 September, 1975.

GRD025IT0: Slide 1: Abundant (~25%) radiolarian ghosts with occasional bryozoan ghosts; thin carbonate veins and a thicker carbonate-lined quartz vein with a slight offset (Two generations of veins?). (C. Eichler)
GRD025IT1: Set B, Slide 1: Similar to slide 1. Thin section is more red, there are no carbonate veins, and either the glue or the sample is fractured. Slide 1 is more representative of the sample. (C. Eichler)
