Field notes: Slurping carbonate targeting snail (Akoya platinum; not actually recovered onboard, though) and red plumes (similar plumes later identified as Serpulidae, originally thought Sabellidae). Pilot: Danik Forsman. Cruise: AT50-12. Details reflect Sealog entry. Seid handwritten dive log: depth 454.52 m; lat, lon: 32.813519, -117.407714.
