Specimen #17. Verbatim remarks: "Pontiometra andersoni. Arms arranged in meridional urchin posture with pinnules outward. On side of pinnacle, 29 ft. Banded white and black in situ. Cirri white proximally, chocolate distally. Ray bases & proximal arms chocolate with occasional large lateral white spots & faint white midaboral stripe; middle & distal arms banded white & chocolate; sometimes distal arms chiefly white with occasional lateral chocolate or light brown spot; proximal pinnules chocolate; most middle & distal pinnules banded chocolate & white; disk chocolate with a few white mottlings."
