Specimen #14. Verbatim remarks: "Comaster schlegelii. Arms extending partly from crevice. 6 ft. Black in situ. Black with row of fine yellow speckles across articulations. Cirri white with red brown tips. Specimen fell apart overnight. Complete circlet of 18 cirri; radials narrowly visible; ray bases smooth but middle brachials with distal edges moderately everted (at right angles); arms est. 47; R est. 140 mm. Combs to P3. 2 large alpheid shrimps."
