Specimen #8. Verbatim remarks: "Capillaster cf. multiradiatus. (Labelled Capillaster) Calyx among coral branches or in crevices; arms forming arm fans. Irregularly banded brown, tan & white. Spec. 1. Brown with short tan & white arm bands; brachitaxes paler brown than arms; short concentric white band near arm bases; pinnules brown, irregularly banded brown, tan & white, or white with row of brown spots; cirri brown with white articulations. Arms 20; R=140 mm; distal cirrals with longitudinal ridge that may bear proximal & distal small spinule; ridge may be weakly Y-shaped distally; pinnule combs to P6. Arm preserved in 95% EtOH."
