3 specimens intact, one broken to extract tissues for transcriptomics. Originally identified as "Mellita quinquiesperforata" by Gulf Specimen Marine Lab. Corrected by Rich Mooi, 5/18/2018, based on photos: "The camber, and coincidentally, the size, indicates that this is Mellita tenuis H.L. Clark, 1940. I have never seen M. quinquiesperforata of that size." 12 cm wide.
