Data from DeepTow report, reflecting first and last logged coordinates of the entire DeepTow event and the maximum depth reached. Vertical net collects material upon ascent. Maximum depth of 1603.6 m reached at coordinates 26-04.8912 S, 75-57.3672 W at 16:23 local time. End coordinates reflect last logged point, at 37.3 m depth. Notes from Dhugal Lindsay's science meeting: CTDs omitted to conserve power, fewer animals than at SPG1, lots of salps 0-50 m, nothing below 900 m.
