This record refers to a formalin voucher (one large individual cut for slide preparation, one small cut individual; 2 ml yellow vial) and an ethanol vial (2 ml blue) containing several pieces, not sequenced. Original field notes: "Formalin: 3", "Ethanol: ~12", "Photos: MBARI13_0234-MBARI13_0253". Vials contain original internal specimen labels S21874. Formalin voucher identified as P. indiareinhardtae based on morphology and on sequencing of 8 ethanol individuals, all P. indiareinhardtae. Slides (7), assumed to be from this voucher: "S21874*", "S21874 mid-seg", "S21874 N.Y. Parougia prac1", "S21874 N.Y Parougia3", "Parougia indiarein[h]ardtae mandible + maxillae", "S2714 not greatest condition but best" (stored with S21874 slides and assumed to mean S21874), "S21874 mid-seg". Nicole Yen isolated 10 ethanol individuals, now each with new SIO-BIC numbers and sequences: S21874-1/S21874A (now A6503), S21874-2/S21874B (now A6454), S21874-3/S21874C (now A6455), S21874-4/S21874D (now A6456), S21874-5/S21874E (now A6457), S21874-6/S21874F (now A6458), S21874-7/S21874G (now A6459), S21874-8/S21874H (now A6460), S21874-9/S21874I (now A10613), S21874-10/S21874J (now A10614).
